Design, Fabrication & Installation
Every project in this portfolio was designed, fabricated and installed by Continox — no subcontractors at any stage. This means a single point of accountability from design through to Building Control sign-off, and a direct relationship between the people who drew the staircase and the team who installed it.
Every installation includes: structural calculations to BS EN 1090, CAD drawings in PDF and DWG, UKCA marking and Declaration of Performance, and a dimensional compliance schedule confirming all Approved Document K requirements — all included in the project price.
